According to the air-entraining and viscosity-reducing type water reducing agent disclosed by the invention, through specific improvement on a molecular chain structure, free water in gaps in a concrete system can be remarkably improved, the viscosity of concrete is reduced, namely, the water reducing effect is improved, and an air-entraining effect can be exerted by constructing a bubble hydrophobic phase at the end part of a side chain.
