The invention discloses a bridge pier column pouring formwork, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The bridge pier column pouring formwork comprises an outer formwork body, a heat preservation layer and an inner formwork body which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. A vacuum cavity is formed in the outer mold plate and/or the inner mold plate; a plurality of supporting columns are arranged between the outer template and the inner template; one end of each supporting column is connected with the inner wall of the outer formwork, and the other end of each supporting column is connected with the outer wall of the inner formwork. The economic thickness of the heat preservation layer ranges from 100 mm to 200 mm. The opening directions of the two half templates on the same layer are the same; and the heat transfer path of the template is zigzag. The maintenance requirement of poured concrete can be met, and heat exchange between the inner bridge pier column and the outside is effectively isolated. And the subsequent operation of covering the bridge pier column with the heat preservation and maintenance device is omitted, the subsequent heat preservation and maintenance operation process is simplified, repeated utilization can be achieved, and the problems of resource waste or pollution and the like are avoided.
