According to the concrete pouring record, the theoretical value of the concrete unbalance weight is calculated, and pre-counterweight is carried out; dismantling and monitoring a first displacement change curve of dismantling the temporary support; a pressure sensor is arranged on the jack, and second displacement sensors are arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the upper rotating disc; the multiple jacks conduct slow and constant-speed jacking at the same time till the beam body rotates; recording a second displacement change curve and a jack change curve; recording a third displacement change curve in the unloading process of the jack until the state of the beam body is stable; adjusting the position of the jack to carry out a jacking test on the other direction of the bridge body, and finally completing transverse and longitudinal weighing tests; and determining the total weight of the balancing weight, the placing position of the balancing weight and the eccentric distance. The objective of the invention is to solve the problem that an existing bridge rotation counterweight method needs repeated experiments in the weighing process.
