The invention provides an offshore photovoltaic platform structure provided with a box transformer substation platform and a cable trestle and a construction method of the offshore photovoltaic platform structure. The offshore photovoltaic platform structure comprises a steel truss platform erected on the sea; the steel pipe piles are connected with the steel truss platform and used for supporting the steel truss platform, and the steel truss platform and the steel pipe piles are connected through inclined strut units; the photovoltaic module is laid in the steel truss platform; the box transformer substation platform is arranged on the north side of the steel truss platform; and a cable trestle is arranged on the steel truss platform. The box-type transformer substation platform installed on the steel truss platform is adopted, a traditional box-type transformer substation platform is often separated from a photovoltaic support, independent piling is needed, the box-type transformer substation platform is integrated on the steel truss platform, steel and offshore construction operation procedures are reduced, and the purposes of convenient construction and low cost are achieved; by adopting an integral construction method, the photovoltaic module, the steel truss platform, the box transformer substation platform, the cable trestle and the diagonal bracing system can be integrally transported to a site to be welded with the steel pipe piles after being subjected to welding, bolt connection and anti-corrosion processes in an onshore processing factory, so that the on-site offshore construction operation time and procedures are reduced, and the construction difficulty and the economic cost are reduced.
