The reinforcing sleeve is divided into the tension side and the compression side according to the stress condition of the reinforcing sleeve, and the structure of the reinforcing sleeve is arranged according to the characteristics of the tension side and the compression side, so that the tensile strength is improved while the compressive strength of the prior art is ensured. And meanwhile, a grouting layer structure is not arranged in the first side sleeve, so that the self weight is lighter.
