Insertion type simple dewatering and drainage device
The invention discloses an insertion type simple dewatering and drainage device which comprises a columnar drainage assembly. The drainage assembly comprises a first cylinder, a second cylinder sleeved with the first cylinder, round holes formed in the surfaces of the first cylinder and the second cylinder respectively, a conical insertion tip fixed to the bottom face of the first cylinder and a first lifting lug fixed to the outer side face of the first cylinder. A polyester staple fiber needle-punched geotextile reverse filter is arranged between the first cylinder and the second cylinder, and the geotextile is filled with gravel reverse filter particles. By arranging the columnar drainage assembly and the strip-shaped drainage assembly, the drainage structure is simplified, normal development of drainage work is guaranteed, meanwhile, the size of a foundation pit is obviously reduced, accordingly, the cofferdam construction cost is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the drainage device is high in rigidity and can effectively support a soil body, and the construction cost is reduced. The water collecting pit has high popularization value for a foundation pit which is poor in soil texture and difficult to form an intercepting ditch, and can also be used as a water collecting pit for blind ditch and open ditch drainage.
本发明公开插入式简易降排水装置,包括柱状排水组件,所述排水组件包括设置的第一圆筒、与所述第一圆筒套合的第二圆筒、分别开设在第一圆筒与第二圆筒表面的圆孔、固定在所述第一圆筒底面的圆锥插入尖端和固定在所述第一圆筒外侧面的第一吊耳;所述第一圆筒与所述第二圆筒之间设置有涤纶短纤针刺土工布反滤,并且土工布内填置有碎石反滤颗粒。本发明通过设置的柱状排水组件和条状排水组件,简化排水结构,保证降排水工作正常开展的同时,明显减少基坑尺寸,从而有效降低围堰施工费用,同时由于本降排水装置刚度高,可以对土体起到有效支撑作用,对基坑土质较差难以形成截水沟的基坑推广价值高,也可以作为盲沟及明沟排水的集水坑使用。
