The invention provides an assembled press-in type drainage well device and a drainage well construction method. The assembled press-in type drainage well device comprises a prefabricated well completion device and a well completion sleeve detachably connected with the prefabricated well completion device. The prefabricated well completion device comprises a waterproof section, an assembled porous permeable section, a precipitation section, an end sealing device and a well wall well washing device. The assembled porous permeable section is of a multi-layer hollow tubular structure comprising a plurality of permeable pipes, the upper end face of the innermost permeable pipe is connected with the lower end face of the impermeable section, the precipitation section is connected to the bottom of an inner hole of the innermost permeable pipe, and the end sealing device is provided with a pile tip connected to the lower end face of the assembled porous permeable section. The well wall well washing device is connected to the upper end face of the assembly type porous permeable section and provided with at least one water outlet. And the well completion sleeve is sleeved outside the assembled porous permeable section, and the bottom of the well completion sleeve is movably connected with the end sealing device. The construction process is simplified, the well completion quality is improved, and the well completion period is shortened.
