The sliding rod at the downstream end of the process can be mostly accommodated into one sliding rod at the upstream end of the process; a sliding type intercepting net is arranged between the telescopic rod groups on the two sides; the number of the sliding type intercepting nets is consistent with the number of the sliding rods of each telescopic rod set. According to the anti-blocking device, the telescopic rod sets and the sliding type intercepting nets connected with the corresponding sliding rods are designed, telescopic movement of the sliding rods can drive the sliding type intercepting nets to move, and therefore the design purpose of the device capable of being unfolded or folded is achieved, and the length of the device can be adjusted according to the length of a drainage ditch so that the device can be matched with the drainage ditch. The device is novel in structure, convenient to operate and capable of effectively filtering and isolating sundries.
