The prefabricated steel member splicing type factory building machine comprises a steel structure factory building serving as a construction main body and factory building splicing track parts laid on the two sides of the steel structure factory building. The steel member conveying parts are arranged on the workshop splicing rail part; the steel member hoisting parts are arranged between two adjacent steel member conveying parts; the steel member conveying part comprises a steel member input mechanism mounted on an external first track and a steel member output mechanism mounted on an external second track; the steel member hoisting part comprises a first steel member hoisting rail mounting plate mounted on the steel member conveying parts on the two sides, a first steel member hoisting rail in the same direction is arranged on the upper surface of the first steel member hoisting rail mounting plate, and a plurality of second steel member hoisting rails are connected to the first steel member hoisting rail. The system can effectively cope with workshops of various types and sizes, is high in adaptability and intelligent degree, reduces the technical dependence of a manual crane, effectively improves the construction quality, and saves the economic cost.
本发明公开了一种预制钢构件拼接式造厂机及方法，包括作为施工主体的钢结构厂房、以及铺设与其两侧的厂房拼接轨道部分，还包括安设于厂房拼接轨道部分上的钢构件输送部分以及安装于邻近两个钢构件输送部分之间的钢构件吊装部分；钢构件输送部分包括安装于外部第一轨道上的钢构件输入机构以及安装于外部第二轨道上的钢构件输出机构；钢构件吊装部分包括安装于两侧钢构件输送部分上的钢构件吊装第一轨道安装板，其上表面设有同向的一条钢构件吊装第一轨道，钢构件吊装第一轨道上连接有若干条钢构件吊装第二轨道。本发明能够有效应对各组类型、大小的厂房，适应性较强且智能化程度高，减少人工吊机技术依赖，有效提高施工质量，节省经济成本。
