Tunnel surrounding rock radial temperature field monitoring method
The invention discloses a tunnel surrounding rock radial temperature field monitoring method, and relates to the technical field of tunnel temperature monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: adhering temperature sensors to the outer wall of a PVC conduit at preset intervals; a hole which is slightly larger than the PVC guide pipe is formed in the EVA plate; sleeving the EVA plate with the hole on the PVC guide pipe, and spraying a hot melt adhesive at a gap between the EVA plate and the PVC guide pipe so as to fill the gap; a tunnel primary lining is built at a preset temperature measurement point, and an inclined hole channel is formed in the temperature measurement point after a waterproof plate is laid and before a tunnel secondary lining is constructed; a PVC guide pipe is inserted into the drilled hole channel, and cement mortar is injected into the PVC guide pipe through a grouting machine till the cement mortar overflows from the hole channel; epoxy resin pouring sealant is injected into the remaining part of the PVC guide pipe; and the EVA plate bonded with the PVC guide pipe and the waterproof plate of the tunnel are welded together through a welding machine, so that the waterproof structure is formed. According to the invention, the temperature of the tunnel surrounding rock at different radial depths can be accurately measured, and comprehensive and deep data support is provided for engineering monitoring.
本发明公开了一种隧道围岩径向温度场监测方法,涉及隧道温度监测技术领域;其包括将温度传感器以预定的间隔粘连在PVC导管外壁上;在EVA板上开一个略大于PVC导管孔洞;将开孔的EVA板套接在PVC导管上,两者缝隙处喷涂热熔胶以填补空隙;在预定的测温点位建设隧道初衬,铺设防水板后且隧道二衬尚未施工之前,在测温点位处开一个倾斜的孔道;将PVC导管插入钻好的孔道中,用注浆机向PVC导管内注入水泥砂浆直至有水泥砂浆从孔道内溢出;向PVC导管的剩余部分注入环氧树脂灌封胶;用焊接机将和PVC导管粘结的EVA板与隧道的防水板焊接在一起,以形成防水结构。本发明能够精准测量隧道围岩在不同径向深度上的温度,为工程监测提供全面而深入的数据支持。
