The invention discloses a modularly-assembled box-type transformer substation which comprises a frame body, modular walls are assembled in the circumferential direction of the frame body, at least one modular wall is installed in an openable and closable mode and is constructed into a box door, and a roof cover plate assembly is arranged at the top of the frame body. The modular wall body comprises a mounting frame and a wall body assembly arranged in the mounting frame, and the roof cover plate assembly comprises a roof frame and a wall body assembly arranged in the roof frame; the wall body assembly is of a layered structure and comprises an outer wall layer, an inner wall layer and a metal shielding net layer arranged between the outer wall layer and the inner wall layer, and the outer wall layer and the inner wall layer are both calcium silicate boards. The box-type transformer substation has the advantages that the modular wall bodies are installed in the circumferential direction of the frame body, the roof cover plate assembly is installed on the top of the frame body, the box-type transformer substation can be easily built, the wall body assembly is designed to be of a three-layer structure, and it is guaranteed that the structure of the box-type transformer substation is firmer.
