The invention discloses an atomizing cap mechanism of a spray gun for plant transformation, and relates to the field of spray guns. Comprising an atomization cap body, a protruding chamber located at the top of the atomization cap body, a jet orifice located in the center of the surface of the atomization cap body, a main control hole located in the outer edge of the surface of the atomization cap body, a connecting plate located on the outer side of the atomization cap body and a connecting ring located at the lower end of the connecting plate. Through cooperative arrangement of the driving piece, the pushing piece, the lifting piece, the rising and falling piece, the guiding piece and the cleaning piece, switching of the two states of opening and closing and self-cleaning of the atomization cap can be achieved, meanwhile, under cooperation of the rising and falling piece and the cleaning piece, the cleaning piece can ascend and descend in a reciprocating mode in the main control hole, and synchronous rotation is achieved while ascending and descending are conducted; therefore, the atomization cap has the self-cleaning capacity, the cleaning requirement of a user for the main control hole is met, and meanwhile the cleaning effect of the self-cleaning function of the atomization cap is further improved.
