The invention discloses a rail cleaning device which comprises a vehicle body, a slag cleaning disc and an exhaust fan. A cavity is formed in the bottom end of the vehicle body; the three slag removal discs are arranged side by side and are all arranged in the cavity, each slag removal disc comprises an arc-shaped scraper, an arc-shaped brush and a driving part, the arc-shaped scrapers and the arc-shaped brushes of every two adjacent slag removal discs are oppositely arranged, and the driving parts are used for driving the arc-shaped scrapers and the arc-shaped brushes to sequentially scrape the side wall of a track; and the exhaust fan is hung on the side wall of the vehicle body and is used for sucking the cavity. The three slag removing discs are arranged side by side, so that an effective cleaning structure is constructed for the inner walls of the two sides of the track; furthermore, the arc-shaped scraper and the arc-shaped brush scrape the side wall of the track in sequence, stubborn dirt and accumulated dust can be removed orderly and comprehensively in sequence, and therefore the track is cleaned comprehensively and thoroughly.
