The invention provides a ceramic fiber and polymer fiber composite reinforced material and a preparation method thereof, the ceramic fiber and polymer fiber composite reinforced material comprises a two-layer structure from top to bottom, and the two-layer structure comprises a ceramic nanofiber layer and a polymer micron fiber layer; the ceramic nanofiber layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of a carbon source, 20-30 parts of a silicon source, 0.5-3 parts of modified nano boron carbide, 0.5-3 parts of a composite dispersant, 80-100 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 70-90 parts of deionized water and 120-140 parts of a spinning auxiliary agent, and the carbon source is starch or cane sugar; the silicon source is methyl trimethoxy silane or dimethyl dimethoxy silane; the polymer micron fiber layer is prepared from the following raw materials: 50 to 70 parts of polyimide, 20 to 30 parts of modified polypropylene, 3 to 7 parts of plasticizer, 5 to 15 parts of antioxidant, 20 to 30 parts of DMF (Dimethyl Formamide) and 5 to 15 parts of methylbenzene. The ceramic fiber and polymer fiber composite reinforced material provided by the invention has the characteristics of high strength and high toughness, can be widely applied to the field of fiber materials, and has better commercial application value.
