The invention provides a high-adaptability cement clinker grinding aid and a preparation method thereof. The dispersing agent is a medium and low molecular weight polymer prepared by carrying out addition on (E)-4-hexene-1-alcohol and epoxide and then polymerizing with an alcohol ether monomer; the defect inducer is mainly prepared by addition of N-methyl-allylamine and epoxide. The structure of the dispersing agent determines that the dispersing agent is dissociated among particles, so that more cement particles are dispersed, the particle fineness is improved, and the particle gradation is optimized; the defect inducer can be adsorbed on the surfaces of cement particles by utilizing the characteristic that amido provides electron pairs, so that active sites on the surfaces of the cement particles are increased, polymer adsorption is facilitated, and the particle fineness is reduced.
本发明提供了一种高适应型水泥熟料助磨剂及其制备方法。由分散剂、缺陷诱导剂和聚合多元醇复配所得,所述分散剂是由(E)‑4‑己烯‑1‑醇与环氧化物加成,再与醇醚类单体聚合制备得到的中低分子量聚合物;所述缺陷诱导剂主要由N‑甲基‑烯丙基胺与环氧化物加成制备。分散剂的结构决定其游离于颗粒之间,使更多水泥颗粒被分散,提高颗粒细度,优化颗粒级配;缺陷诱导剂利用胺基提供电子对的特性,可吸附于水泥颗粒表面,使其表面的活性位点增多,利于聚合物吸附、颗粒细度降低。
