The single-component rigid polymer cement-based waterproof mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-500 parts of Portland cement; 500 to 700 parts of machine-made sand; 0-100 parts of waste stone powder; 0-100 parts of an active additive; 20-30 parts of a composite polymer additive; 5-10 parts of a water repellent; 0-2 parts of a water reducing agent; 0-1 part of silane coupling agent modified fiber; the dosages of the waste stone powder and the active additive are not 0 at the same time; according to the single-component rigid polymer cement-based waterproof mortar, the compressive strength and the waterproof and anti-cracking effects of the mortar can be remarkably improved, the index requirements of the JC/T984-2011 polymer cement waterproof mortar standard and the JC/T547-2017 ceramic tile adhesive standard can be met at the same time, and the single-component rigid polymer cement-based waterproof mortar can replace a ceramic tile adhesive to be used as a cement-based adhesive.
