Biochar pervious concrete as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses biochar pervious concrete, which is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 55 to 70 parts of Portland cement, 35 to 50 parts of coarse aggregate, 0 to 6 parts of limestone, 5 to 12 parts of clay, 2 to 6 parts of fly ash, 8 to 15 parts of regenerated biochar powder, 3 to 4 parts of reinforcing agents, 2 to 5 parts of water reducing agents, 1.5 to 3.5 parts of air entraining agents and 100 to 120 parts of water, the preparation method of the biochar pervious concrete is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) taking the raw materials in parts by weight, firstly putting the Portland cement, the coarse aggregate, the limestone, the clay and the fly ash into a stirrer for mixing, then adding half of water, and uniformly stirring by using the stirrer to obtain a concrete matrix; 2) adding the regenerated charcoal powder, the reinforcing agent, the water reducing agent, the air entraining agent and the residual water into the concrete matrix, and continuously stirring for 5 minutes to obtain a stirred mixture; and (3) pouring the stirred mixture into a mold, molding by adopting a vibration pressure composite molding method, and curing in a curing box after molding to obtain a finished product.
