The invention relates to the technical field of concrete materials, and particularly discloses constant-temperature curing-free concrete and a preparation method thereof. The constant-temperature curing-free concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water; 255 to 260 parts of cement; 28 to 29 parts of fly ash; 450 to 460 parts of fine aggregate; 625 to 635 parts of coarse aggregate; 30 to 34 parts of a composite humectant; 4.4 to 4.8 parts of an auxiliary agent; the composite humectant is formed by compounding triethanolamine borate, hydroxyethyl urea, sodium pyrophosphate and polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether. The method has the advantage that the concrete can still obtain higher strength without a constant-temperature curing process.
