The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration materials, in particular to an inorganic artificial stone plate and a preparation process thereof. The inorganic artificial stone plate is prepared by the following steps: pulping powder and calcium sand with particle sizes of 10 meshes and 20 meshes into slurry under the action of an auxiliary agent, adding aggregate, and performing vacuum vibration compression molding; the specifications of the aggregate are various mesh numbers, and the calcium sands with the specifications are 10-20 parts, 5-10 parts, 5-8 parts, 3-4 parts, 10-15 parts, 12-17 parts and 5-7 parts respectively; 2-5 parts of an active agent; 0.1 to 0.5 part of an inorganic pigment; 0.2 to 0.6 part of fiber; 20 to 30 parts of Portland cement; 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent; and 2-5 parts of a toughening agent. According to the invention, the dispersion uniformity of the fibers in the artificial stone matrix can be improved, the defects of non-uniform dispersion of the fibers in the artificial stone matrix, inconsistent mechanical properties of the plate, weak compression resistance and fracture resistance, poor falling ball impact resistance, poor frost resistance and high water absorption are overcome, and the performance of the artificial stone plate is improved.
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种无机人造石板材及其制备工艺。无机人造石板材由粉料以及10目和20目粒径钙砂在助剂作用下打浆成浆料后加入骨料真空震动压制成型;骨料的规格为多种目数目,且前述规格的钙砂分别为10‑20、5‑10、5‑8、3‑4、10‑15、12‑17和5‑7份;活性剂2‑5份;无机颜料0.1‑0.5份;纤维0.2‑0.6份;硅酸盐水泥20‑30份;减水剂1‑2份;增韧剂2‑5份。本发明可改善纤维在人造石基质中的分散均匀度,解决因纤维在人造石基质中分散不均以及板材力学性能不一致、抗压抗折性能弱、耐落球冲击性差、抗冻性能不佳和吸水率高缺陷,提升了人造石板材的性能。
