The invention relates to a fixed-point light-transmitting ceramic rock plate with an embossment effect and a preparation method of the fixed-point light-transmitting ceramic rock plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pressing a jade semi-opacifying green body; (2) spraying water-retaining zirconium super-white engobe; (3) jet printing of bonding ink; (4) applying matte opacifying particle powder; (5) adsorbing and recovering the particle powder at the non-bonding ink position; (6) inkjet printing decoration; (7) applying protective glaze; and (8) high-temperature firing. The jade semi-opaque green body and the water-retaining zirconium ultra-white engobe are adopted to form a light-transmitting layer with a high visible light perspective ratio, and the bonding ink and the matte opaque particle powder are combined in the middle for fixed-point application, so that the embossment effect is achieved; and the jade transparent effect and the shading effect can be randomly positioned and interspersed.
