The invention relates to the technical field of architectural ceramics, and discloses a pearlescent colorful glazed tile with a stereotactic effect and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, a frit with a pearlescent effect is prepared from white metal oxide cerium oxide with a high refractive index and layered vitreous fluoroaluminosilicate which is generated through a wrapping formula and has a low optical refractive index; meanwhile, the positioning dry particle layer with the concave-convex effect is additionally arranged at the bottom of the pearly lustrous frit glaze layer, so that the pearly lustrous frit glaze layer can generate thickness deviation at the top of the glazed tile, namely, the pearly lustrous frit glaze layer is thinner in the convex area of the positioning dry particle layer and thicker in the concave area of the positioning dry particle layer; the thickness deviation is beneficial to promoting the pearlescent frit with the carrier of the layered structure to generate stronger reflection, refraction and interference under the illumination condition, so that the pearlescent magical color effect on the surface of the glazed tile is improved.
