The high-performance concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1000 to 3000 parts of water, 50 to 100 parts of cellulose, 50 to 100 parts of dihydric phosphate, 10 to 50 parts of a retarder, 1000 to 3000 parts of an auxiliary agent, 50 to 100 parts of neutral silica sol and 100 to 300 parts of a modifier. According to the formaldehyde-free cold-pressing adhesive prepared by the invention, harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene are not added in the production process, only cold pressing is needed for producing a plate, a hot press is not needed for hot pressing, the cost is low, and the stability is good.
