Pavement construction leveling device and implementation method thereof
The invention discloses a pavement construction leveling device which comprises a leveling device body and a track plate for guiding the leveling device body, the leveling device body comprises a mounting frame, the mounting frame comprises two L-shaped plates arranged in parallel, the middle positions of the two L-shaped plates are connected through a middle rod, a sliding groove is formed in the upper portion of the track plate, and the track plate is arranged in the sliding groove. A plurality of pulleys corresponding to the sliding grooves are mounted on the L-shaped plate, and a driving mechanism, a leveling mechanism and a flattening mechanism are sequentially mounted on the mounting frame from one end to the other end; the invention further discloses an implementation method of the pavement construction leveling device. The driving motor works to drive the tubular wheel to rotate, the tubular wheel acts on the road surface to drive the leveling device body to move forwards, and the pulleys and the sliding grooves are matched to guide the movement of the leveling device body, so that the movement of the leveling device body is not affected even if an inclination angle exists between the adjacent track plates.
本发明公开了一种路面施工平整装置,包括平整装置本体以及对平整装置本体进行导向的轨道板,平整装置本体包括安装架,安装架包括两根平行设置的L形板,两根L形板的中间位置通过中间杆连接,轨道板的上方设有滑槽,L形板上安装有若干个与滑槽相对应的滑轮,安装架上从一端至另一端依次安装有驱动机构、整平机构以及压平机构;本发明还公开了一种路面施工平整装置的实现方法。本发明通过驱动电机工作带动管状轮转动,管状轮作用在路面上,驱动平整装置本体向前移动,滑轮与滑槽配合对平整装置本体的移动进行导向,因此,相邻轨道板之间即使存在倾斜角度也不影响平整装置本体的移动。
