The invention discloses a transverse beam moving construction method for a precast beam in an abrupt slope mountainous area. The method comprises the following steps: (1) constructing an embedded part at the top of a capping beam; (2) a sliding temporary support is constructed; (3) mounting slipping supporting legs of the bridge girder erection machine; (4) normally erecting and mounting a right beam plate of the bridge by the bridge girder erection machine, wherein the bridge girder erection machine is positioned on the erected right beam plate after the right beam plate is erected and mounted; (5) lifting the left to-be-erected beam plate to a bridge girder erection machine; (6) the bridge girder erection machine carries the left to-be-erected beam plate to transversely slide; (7) mounting a first beam of the left part; (8) the bridge girder erection machine slides from left to right to return to the erected right beam; and (9) the steps (5)-(8) are circulated in sequence, and transverse beam moving erection of the whole bridge is completed. According to the invention, the girder erection mode of the bridge is optimized, and the technical problems that no hoisting condition exists in a mountain abrupt slope area and no girder erection channel exists in a steep mountainous road are solved; and the left and right beams of the bridge can be simultaneously erected, so that the beam erecting efficiency is improved, and the beam erecting period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种陡坡山区预制梁横向移梁施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)施工盖梁顶预埋件;(2)滑移临时支架施工;(3)架桥机滑移支腿安装;(4)由架桥机正常架设安装桥梁右幅梁板,右幅梁板架设安装完毕后架桥机位于已架右幅梁板上;(5)提升左幅待架梁板至架桥机;(6)架桥机运载左幅待架梁板横向滑移;(7)安装左幅第一片梁;(8)架桥机从左至右滑移返回至已架右幅梁上;(9)上述步骤(5)‑(8)依次循环,完成整个桥梁的横向移梁架设。本发明优化了桥梁的架梁方式,克服了在山体陡坡地区无吊装条件、陡峭山区道路无架梁通道的技术问题;并且能实现桥梁左右幅同时架梁施工,从而提高架梁效率、缩短架梁工期。
