The equipment comprises a vibratory hammer, a pile gripper, an inner pipe and an outer pipe, the inner pipe sleeves the outer pipe to form an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are fixed through the pile gripper, and the vibratory hammer is arranged at the top of the pile gripper; the device further comprises a plate inserting machine. The method solves the problem that a deep and thick block-containing broken stone filling layer is difficult to penetrate when a guide hole inserting plate is used at present.
