In the scheme, through zoning and layering recursive excavation and step-by-step unloading, the deformation risk of a foundation pit support structure and an operation subway tunnel caused by the influence of the space-time effect in the foundation pit soil body excavation construction process is reduced, the axial-force-free support exposure time of the foundation pit is shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved. The anti-overturning rigidity and the axial bearing strength of the foundation pit support structure can be improved more quickly; the earthwork construction sequence is set through simulation calculation, the area with unbalanced lateral pre-excavation loads is set as a post-excavation section, loads on the two sides are balanced through indwelling earthwork so as to balance unloading space-time responses on the two sides of a tunnel, displacement deformation disasters caused by single-side concentrated overload are avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved.
