The invention discloses a waterproof construction method for a tunnel main body structure. The waterproof construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a base plane is treated; s2, a first steel plate is installed on the base plane; s3, the first waterproof roll connecting unit is fixed to the supporting frame; s4, the first waterproof roll connecting unit is fixed to the base plane; s5, a second waterproof roll connecting unit is fixed; and S6, a concrete protection layer with the thickness of 50 mm is poured above the first waterproof roll connecting unit and the second waterproof roll connecting unit. The T-shaped supporting frame is installed in a segmented mode, the first waterproof roll connecting unit can be fixed to the first steel plate, the second steel plate and the base face, the connecting position of the first steel plate and the base face and the connecting position of the first steel plate and the second steel plate are shielded by the first waterproof roll connecting unit, and it is avoided that gaps exist between waterproof rolls and the first steel plate; and the waterproof effect between the support frame and the base plane is improved. In addition, the first waterproof roll connecting unit is laid on the basis of the supporting frame, and it is guaranteed that the laying position of the first waterproof roll connecting unit is accurate.
