The externally-pasted fiber layer comprises a fiber fixing plate, a framework is connected to the lower portion of the fiber fixing plate, a plurality of parallel fiber fixing wires are arranged on the framework, and the fiber fixing wires are parallel to the fiber fixing plate and spaced from the fiber fixing plate by a set distance. Steel fibers are connected between the fiber fixing plate and the fiber fixing wires. During assembly type construction, the externally-attached fiber layer is fixed to the bottom face of the prefabricated part, the prefabricated part is installed on the fine flat strip, and the length direction of fiber fixing wires in the externally-attached fiber layer is parallel to the length direction of the fine flat strip; and non-shrinkage cement is poured in the length direction of the fiber fixing wires, and a grouting layer is formed. Due to the fact that the position of the steel fiber is fixed by the fiber fixing wire and the fiber fixing plate, and the flowing direction of the fiber fixing wire is consistent with that of the pouring material, the pouring material can fully flow, and a pouring layer with the steel fiber evenly distributed is obtained.
