The invention discloses a deformation joint construction method of a disassembly-free assembly type formwork, which comprises the following steps of: S1, welding field waste steel bars into a plurality of rectangular steel bar frameworks; s2, the periphery of the polyethylene foam board is bound and fixed to the steel reinforcement framework; s3, connecting fast-easy closing-up nets to the left side and the right side of the steel reinforcement framework; s4, raft reinforcing steel bars are laid, and a reinforcing steel bar framework and a rubber water-stop belt are installed; s5, after laying is completed, concrete is poured on the two sides of the deformation joint at the same time; and S6, after the concrete is completely solidified, the construction project is completed. Compared with the prior art, in the concrete pouring construction process of the deformation joint, the quality problems that the forming quality of the deformation joint is poor, the appearance is not attractive and the like due to the fact that a building method deviates due to impact force brought by concrete pouring can be effectively solved; by means of the method, rapid concrete construction can be achieved, operation can be conducted without waiting for intermittent time of the construction joint technology, and the construction period is shortened.
