And a combination part is arranged on the enclosing pipe and is in sealed connection with the embedding plate. The enclosing pipe can move in the vacant moving area, the sewage pipe penetrates through the enclosing pipe, it can be ensured that the sewage pipe between the upper floor slab and the lower floor slab is located on the same straight line, accurate installation between the sewage pipe and the floor slabs can be ensured, sealing connection can be formed between the combination part and the embedded plate, and sealing can be formed between the enclosing pipe and the floor slabs; therefore, the problem of water leakage between the sewage pipe and the floor slab caused by penetration of the sewage pipe can be avoided.
