According to the method, the dry state of the ground is ensured by conducting water seepage and flow guiding on the post-cast strip part, later-stage leakage of the post-cast strip can be effectively eradicated, the use function after delivery is ensured, and therefore the maintenance cost caused by the post-cast strip in the later stage is reduced.
