Comprising a steel structure beam and a steel structure column, the steel structure beam and the steel structure column are connected and fixed through a connecting sleeve, the connecting sleeve comprises a sleeve body arranged on the surface of the steel structure column in a sleeving mode and a connecting piece used for being connected with the steel structure beam, the sleeve body is connected with the steel structure column through a bolt, and an elastic connecting plate is arranged on the side wall of the sleeve body. An existing structure is improved, rigid connection between the steel structural beam and the steel connecting column is changed into contact connection, elastic connection between the steel structural beam and the steel connecting column is achieved through technical means such as limiting, and then the technical problem existing in bolt rigid connection is solved.
