The invention relates to an assembly type component connecting structure and a construction method. The assembly type component connecting structure comprises a steel bar sleeve and an upper-layer ultra-high-performance concrete part. The rebar sleeve is embedded in the bottom of the lower-layer building component, an avoiding notch is formed in the side, close to the building component, of the rebar sleeve, and the avoiding notch is blocked by the upper-layer building component. An upper-layer digging area for avoiding the staggered lower-layer longitudinal steel bars is dug in the upper-layer building component, and the upper-layer digging area is located on the periphery of the avoiding notch; after the staggered lower-layer longitudinal steel bars are bent and penetrate through the avoiding notches, the staggered lower-layer longitudinal steel bars are inserted into the staggered steel bar sleeves, and the staggered lower-layer longitudinal steel bars are in grouting connection with the staggered steel bar sleeves; and the upper-layer digging area is filled with the upper-layer ultra-high-performance concrete part. According to the connecting structure, the staggered lower-layer longitudinal steel bars are bent and inserted into the staggered steel bar sleeves, the staggered steel bar sleeves and the staggered lower-layer longitudinal steel bars are fixedly connected again, and the connecting strength of the upper-layer building component and the lower-layer building component is improved.
