Arched floor prefabrication and installation process
An arch-shaped floor slab prefabricating and installing technology comprises the following steps that firstly, a prefabricated arch-shaped floor slab is manufactured; and 2, on-site installation and stacked pouring are carried out. Upper chord steel bars in a steel bar truss in a prefabricated floor slab are machined into an arch shape, lower chord steel bars are kept in a linear shape, similarly, one upper chord steel bar and two lower chord steel bars form a space truss structure, and the floor slab is divided into two directions according to a building bay where the floor slab is located, namely the span direction and the direction perpendicular to the span. The span direction is the span direction of the space truss, a plurality of steel bar trusses are arranged on each prefabricated floor slab in parallel in the span direction, an arch-shaped steel bar net is arranged on an arc-shaped formwork platform, an arch curve of an upper chord steel bar is tightly attached to an arc-shaped formwork, and an upper opening of the arc-shaped formwork is the bottom plane of the prefabricated floor slab. Prefabricated plane floor slabs are changed into arch floor slabs, and the arch floor slabs are stacked and poured on site to form an integral floor slab. According to the invention, the workload of field installation operation is reduced, the overall operation efficiency is improved, and the floor deflection can be greatly reduced.
一种拱形楼板预制与安装工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤1、制作预制拱形楼板;步骤2、现场安装及叠浇。将预制楼板中的钢筋桁架中的上弦钢筋加工成拱形,下弦钢筋保持直线形,同样由一根上弦钢筋和两根下弦钢筋组成一个空间桁架结构,根据楼板所在的建筑开间将楼板分成两个方向,即跨度方向与跨度垂直的方向,跨度方向也就是空间桁架的跨越方向,每块预制楼板在跨度方向平行布设若干个钢筋桁架,将拱形的钢筋网置于弧形的模板平台上,让上弦钢筋的拱曲线与弧形模板紧贴,弧形模板的上口为预制楼板的底平面。本发明将预制的平面楼板改为拱形楼板,到现场进行叠浇后形成整体楼板。本发明减少现场安装作业的工作量,提高整体作业效率,可较大幅度地减小楼板挠度。
