The invention provides a composite prefabricated building component which is of a hierarchical structure and comprises two frame-shaped plates and a heat preservation plate clamped between the two frame-shaped plates, a plurality of U-shaped pieces are arranged on each edge of the heat preservation plate, the U-shaped pieces are buckled on the corresponding edges of the heat preservation plate, and the U-shaped pieces are connected with the frame-shaped plates. And each frame plate of the frame-shaped plate is fixedly connected with the U-shaped piece on the corresponding edge part of the heat insulation plate through a threaded fastener. According to the building component, the U-shaped pieces are buckled on the edges of the insulation board, and the U-shaped pieces are fixedly connected with the frame-shaped plates on the two sides, so that the frame-shaped plates on the two sides are connected into a whole and bear force cooperatively, the insulation board and the frame-shaped plates are assembled at the same time while the performance such as the overall structural strength of the building component is guaranteed, and therefore construction of an insulation layer in the building component is facilitated; and the thermal insulation performance of the building component and the fabricated building is ensured. The frame-shaped plates on the two sides are completely separated by the heat preservation plates, and the problem of treatment of cold and hot bridges in building components is reliably solved.
