According to the bifurcated column, through section transformation of combination of the reducer pipe and the inserting plate from bottom to top, the two small circular pipe columns are combined into the standard circular pipe column, the center lines of the two small circular pipe columns and the center line of the large circular pipe column intersect at one point, the force transmission path is clear, and the force transmission efficiency is high. And the load of the larger standard tubular column at the upper part can be clearly transmitted to the two small tubular columns at the lower part. In addition, the node structure is manufactured by splicing steel plates, so that the use of a steel casting process is avoided, and the node manufacturing cost and the processing period can be reduced.
本发明提供了钢结构倒Y型分叉圆管柱节点及其加工方法。所述节点的上圆管柱的下端沿径向对称切角;下分叉管柱由下至上通过圆台管和切角异形圆管连接上圆管柱一边切角;两个切角异形圆管的中间交接处固定连接有插板;下分叉管柱与上圆管柱的夹角均为150°。本发明的分叉柱由下至上经过变径管与插板结合的截面变换,由两个较小的圆管柱合并为一个标准圆管柱,两根较小圆管柱的中心线与较大圆管柱中心线相交于一点,传力路径明确,上部较大标准圆管柱的荷载可清晰地传递至下部两根小圆管柱。此外,节点结构均由钢板拼接制作,避免了铸钢工艺的使用,可减少节点制作费用和加工周期。
