Modular wall splicing method
The invention discloses a modular wall splicing method. According to the modular wall splicing method, a standardized modular prefabricated decoration product is prepared according to the actual wall size; the modularized wall body is formed by splicing and connecting wall body modules, ceiling keel modules, ground keel modules, external corner modules, internal corner modules and connecting modules, and each module is provided with a groove and/or protruding block inserting structure corresponding to the connected module. The ceiling keel module and the ground keel module are fixedly mounted on the ceiling and the floor of the original wall body, and the whole indoor wall body is connected together by inserting the wall body module to finish the whole indoor decoration. The wall does not need to be subjected to leveling and painting processes, installation in the whole space is more convenient and faster, and construction waste and pollution cannot be generated in the installation process. The modularized assembled wall body has the biggest advantage that the modularized assembled wall body can be repeatedly used after being disassembled, and materials cannot be damaged when being disassembled, so that the materials and the manufacturing cost are saved.
本发明公开了一种模块化墙体拼装方法,本发明是根据实际墙体尺寸制备的标准化的模块化预制装修装饰产品;模块化墙体由墙体模块,天龙骨模块,地龙骨模块,阳角模块,阴角模块以及连接模块通过拼装连接而成,各个模块均设计有与其所连接模块相对应的凹槽和/或凸块插装结构;本发明通过将天龙骨模块和地龙骨模块固定安装在原始墙体的天花板上和地板上,通过插装墙体模块将整个室内墙体连接在一起完成整个室内的装修装饰。本发明无需对墙体进行找平和粉刷工艺,整个空间的安装更加方便快捷,且安装过程中不会产生建筑垃圾和污染。模块化拼装墙体的最大优势在于拆除后还可以多次重复使用,并且拆除不会对材料本身造成损坏,节省了材料和制作成本。
