The construction site material lifting device comprises a machine base with a conveying cavity, a spiral blade which is inserted into the conveying cavity and can rotate, two first obtaining modules used for obtaining the water content of concrete, a temperature adjusting module used for adjusting the temperature of the concrete, a humidifying module used for adjusting the water content of the concrete and a controller. When the water content of the concrete is smaller than the preset water content, the humidifying module is controlled to work, and when the water content of the concrete is larger than or equal to the preset water content, the temperature adjusting module is controlled to work so as to adjust the water content of the concrete. According to the construction site material lifting device, the humidifying module or the temperature adjusting module can be selectively started according to the current water content of concrete, so that the conveying efficiency of the spiral blade is guaranteed on the premise that the use performance of the concrete is guaranteed as much as possible.
