A prefabricated assembly type building structure connecting device comprises a supporting column and positioning blocks, the positioning blocks are fixed to the two opposite connecting sides of the supporting column, a square groove is formed in the side, facing a cross beam, of each positioning block, a beam carrying frame is installed in each square groove in a sliding mode, and the inner space of each beam carrying frame is matched with the connecting end of the cross beam in size; the beam carrying frame body is provided with an opening convenient for insertion of the connecting end of the cross beam, and the positioning block is provided with a pushing auxiliary device used for pushing the beam carrying frame body out of the square groove and a synchronous fixing mechanism used for fixing the cross beam in the positioning block on the two sides of the supporting column. The stability of the supporting columns and the cross beam after installation is improved, longitudinal movement of the whole cross beam during disassembly is facilitated, and the disassembly efficiency is improved.
