The split mounting type spring-layer garage comprises a top plate; a bottom plate; at least one intermediate plate; at least one hollow area and a vertical sealing device; at least partial area of the top plate and/or the middle plate is mainly composed of an assembly type cavity building structure; the fabricated cavity building structure at least comprises a prefabricated cavity floor system and a cover plate, wherein the prefabricated cavity floor system comprises a frame body, a rib structure and a bottom sealing plate; the frame body is provided with an enclosed space, and the rib structure is arranged in the frame body and divides the enclosed space of the frame body into at least two space structures; the bottom sealing plate seals the lower end of at least part of the space structure, and enables the enclosed space of the frame body to form a cavity structure; the cover plate is arranged on the prefabricated cavity floor system and at least partially covers the space structure defined by the frame body and the rib structure; and/or at least partially sealing the space structure separated by the rib structure. The invention further provides a building.
