The invention discloses a construction method for hoisting an air pipe in a vertical shaft, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing for construction, and enabling at least one wall body of the vertical shaft to be in an unconstructed or dismantled state; s2, a hoisting structure is additionally arranged at the top of the ventilation shaft; s3, a construction platform is erected in each layer of shaft ground reserved hole; s4, the hoisting device is assembled; s5, the air pipes and the hoisting device are assembled, the hoisting device is used for hoisting the multiple sections of air pipes in place, specifically, the first section of air pipe and the hoisting device are assembled, and after the first section of air pipe is lifted to be higher than the second section of air pipe and lower than the bottom of the top plate reserved hole in the bottommost layer of the vertical shaft, lifting is stopped; and after the second section of air pipe and the first section of air pipe are firmly connected through a flange, the whole air pipe is lifted for the second time, and the third section to the last section of air pipe are sequentially hoisted in place until the whole section of air pipe is hoisted.
