The invention discloses a construction solid waste regenerated green cement blanket and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing waste PP plastic; adding an antioxidant and an ultraviolet light absorber into the crushed waste PP plastic, and extruding to obtain regenerated fibers; chopping the regenerated fibers, and mixing the chopped regenerated fibers with polyester fibers to prepare a fiber web; mixing steel slag, mineral slag and desulfurized gypsum to obtain a base material; calcining the base material, grinding the base material until the specific surface area is 500m < 2 >/kg-800m < 2 >/kg, and adding an activating agent into a grinding train; uniformly mixing the ground base material with the fine aggregate to obtain dry mortar powder; paving the mortar dry powder between two layers of fiber nets, and tightly connecting the two layers of fiber nets through needling to form the construction solid waste regenerated green cement blanket. The method solves the problem that the traditional treatment method of the building wastes may cause environmental pollution.
