The invention discloses a method for calcining carbonate minerals with adjustable product activity, and relates to a method for calcining carbonate minerals. According to the method disclosed by the invention, two stages of reactions (namely carbonate decomposition reaction and product high-temperature sintering reaction) in a carbonate calcining process are separated into two reactors, namely a carbonate decomposition reactor and an activity modulation reactor, and the product activity is flexibly regulated and controlled by respectively controlling the reaction conditions of the two reactors; therefore, co-production of various active products is realized, and the problems of single product activity, limited product application and the like in the traditional production technology are solved. Meanwhile, high-temperature flue gas of the activity modulation reactor is used as a heat source of the carbonate decomposition reactor, cascade efficient utilization of system energy is achieved, and the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects are remarkable. In addition, the production process is only several seconds to several minutes, the system processing capacity is high, and large-scale industrialization is easy.
