The invention provides a lime slaking machine, and relates to the technical field of lime slaking equipment. The lime slaking machine comprises a roller, the inner wall of the roller is provided with a plurality of conveying ribs extending in a spiral mode, and the lime slaking machine further comprises two connecting rings, a center rack and a power device. The two connecting rings are correspondingly connected with the two ends of the conveying ribs, and the center rack is fixedly connected with the two connecting rings. A support is arranged in the roller, a gear is rotatably arranged on the support, and the gear is meshed with the center rack. A power device is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the roller, and the gear can be driven by the power device to rotate so as to drive the center rack and the conveying ribs to move in the axial direction of the roller and be separated from the roller. According to the lime slaking machine, the conveying ribs in the roller can be conveniently replaced.
