Roasting process for roasting special graphite with superfine structure in open-type ring-type roasting furnace
The invention belongs to the field of special graphite roasting, and provides a roasting process for roasting superfine-structure special graphite in an open-type ring roaster, which comprises the following steps of: loading a graphite blank into a material box; mounting a fire frame and a flue frame; an induced draft fan is started, and fuel is ignited; gradually raising the temperature according to a roasting curve, intermittently changing the notch direction of a baffling assembly in a preheating stage and a temperature raising stage, and opening all middle baffles in a heat preservation stage; and after roasting is finished, taking out the graphite blank. By arranging the baffling assemblies capable of changing the notch directions, after the notch directions of the baffling assemblies are changed, the flowing paths of flue gas are opposite, in the preheating stage and the high-temperature sintering stage, the two baffling assemblies are alternately used, the upstream and downstream of the flue gas are intermittently changed, and therefore the temperature distribution of the side wall of the flame path can be more uniform, and the combustion efficiency is improved. And the flame path is rapidly heated, so that the quality of the graphite blank is ensured.
