Preparation method of alumina-based nanofiber membrane and alumina-based nanofiber membrane
The invention provides a preparation method of an alumina-based nanofiber membrane and the alumina-based nanofiber membrane, and belongs to the field of inorganic ceramic fibers. Comprising the following steps: mixing an aluminum source, a silicon source, a catalyst and a solvent for reaction to obtain aluminum oxide-silicon oxide composite sol; concentrating and aging the obtained aluminum oxide-silicon oxide composite sol, and then adding a spinning auxiliary agent to obtain a spinning solution; performing conjugate electrostatic spinning on the spinning solution to obtain an alumina-based gel fiber membrane; and carrying out drying, two-stage calcination and organic matter impregnation on the alumina-based gel fiber membrane to obtain the alumina-based nanofiber membrane. An aluminum source and a silicon source are introduced in the initial stage of the reaction, so that a spinning solution can be uniformly mixed at a molecular level; through conjugate electrostatic spinning, the strength of the fiber membrane is improved; through two-stage calcination, the abnormal growth of aluminum oxide grains is avoided; and the machinability is improved through organic matter impregnation. Therefore, the comprehensive use performance of the alumina-based nanofiber membrane is improved.
本发明提供了一种氧化铝基纳米纤维膜的制备方法及氧化铝基纤维膜,属于无机陶瓷纤维领域。包括:将铝源、硅源、催化剂及溶剂进行混合反应,得到氧化铝‑氧化硅复合溶胶;将得到氧化铝‑氧化硅复合溶胶进行浓缩老化,后加入纺丝助剂,得到纺丝溶液;将纺丝溶液进行共轭静电纺丝,得到氧化铝基凝胶纤维膜;将氧化铝基凝胶纤维膜进行干燥、两阶段煅烧及有机物浸渍,得到氧化铝基纳米纤维膜。通过在反应初期即引入铝源和硅源,能够使纺丝溶液达到分子级别的均匀混合;通过共轭静电纺丝,提高了纤维膜的强度;通过两阶段煅烧,避免了氧化铝晶粒尺寸异常长大;通过有机物浸渍,提高其可加工性。从而提高了氧化铝基纳米纤维膜的综合使用性能。
