The gradients of the slope surfaces of the multiple replacement sloping supports are different from one another, and one replacement sloping support is supported on the common bottom die; the side die comprises two common die blocks and a plurality of replacement steering die blocks, each replacement steering die block comprises two die plate sections, one ends of the two die plate sections of one replacement steering die block are connected together at a preset angle, and the other ends of the two die plate sections of one replacement steering die block are connected to the two common die blocks respectively. The side formworks are vertically arranged on the two opposite sides of the common bottom formwork respectively, and when large cantilever bent caps of different cross slopes are poured, the pose of a pouring space is made to be matched with the pose of a large cantilever bent cap formwork structure by replacing the replacement slope forming support and the replacement steering formwork which are matched with the large cantilever bent caps in gradient. The problem that a large cantilever bent cap formwork structure cannot be used for construction of large cantilever bent caps of different cross slopes is solved.
