The invention provides a construction method of a totally-closed construction platform and the totally-closed construction platform. The protection structures are at least installed on the two sides of the frame channel. The multiple modular support units are detachably connected in sequence, a first-layer construction protection support is obtained, and frames of the multiple modular support units of the first-layer construction protection support are in butt joint in sequence at the channel opening; and on the basis of the obtained one-layer construction protection support, the steps are repeated, multiple layers of construction protection supports which are sequentially arranged in the vertical direction are obtained, a totally-closed construction platform is manufactured, and channels of the multiple layers of construction protection supports are communicated. According to the construction protection support, modular assembly of the construction protection support is achieved.
