The invention discloses a suspended pouring device of a continuous steel structure bridge. The suspended pouring device comprises a displacement base. The displacement base comprises a first base body, a second base body, a connecting device and a moving device, wherein the first base body and the second base body can be folded oppositely, the connecting device is arranged between the first base body and the second base body, and the moving device is arranged below the first base body and the second base body. The hanging basket frame body comprises a first frame body and a second frame body which can be folded relatively, and a reinforcing device arranged on the first frame body and the second frame body, and the first frame body and the second frame body are connected to the displacement base in a drivable and sliding mode; a driving device for driving the hanging basket frame body to move relative to the displacement base is arranged between the displacement base and the hanging basket frame body; limitations of a traditional track system are overcome, multi-direction, multi-angle and even trackless free movement is achieved, the construction efficiency and flexibility of a bridge are greatly improved, the preparation workload before construction is reduced, dependence on the terrain and the bridge structure is reduced, and the construction cost is saved.
