The invention relates to an auxiliary supporting mechanism for supplementary filling of a pier stud bolt hole and a construction method of the auxiliary supporting mechanism. The grouting assemblies are installed at the first grouting holes of the corresponding supporting plates in an unlocking mode, the supporting assemblies are arranged in the middles of the plug pin holes in a penetrating mode, and the plug pin holes are divided into a first grouting space and a second grouting space through the two supporting plates. Concrete is injected into the first grouting space through the two grouting assemblies, the two supporting plates are connected through the connecting rod piece, when the first grouting space is filled with the concrete and the first grouting pressure is kept, the positions of the supporting plates cannot move, and the stability degree of concrete solidification is conveniently guaranteed. And then after the grouting assembly and the supporting plate are unlocked, pouring is conducted on the second grouting space, and supplementary pouring of the whole plug pin hole is achieved. By means of the supporting plate, the structural strength after pouring can be enhanced; and the grouting assembly is connected with the first pouring hole of the supporting plate in an unlocking mode, so that the grouting assembly can conduct grouting on the first grouting space and the second grouting space at different moments.
